Privacy statement

Dynamic Spaces, established at Radijsakker 58, 2723 TM Zoetermeer (Chamber of Commerce no. 52693309), is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this statement.

Which data we process

If you fill in the form, send an email or send a WhatsApp message, we process the data you provide yourself: your name, email address, telephone number and your message. When you sign up for a course, also the details needed for the invoice.

What we use it for

To answer your question, to process your registration for a course and to keep our agreements with you. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it to others.

How long we keep it

No longer than necessary. We keep enquiries until they have been dealt with and for a maximum of one year after that. We keep invoice data for seven years, because the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration requires it.

Cookies and measuring

This website does not place tracking cookies and does not keep visitor statistics using third-party services.

Sharing with others

We only share your data with parties that are needed to keep the website and email working, such as the hosting provider. Messages from the contact form are sent through the Web3Forms service. It forwards your message to our email address and briefly processes it for that purpose; we only use your data to reply. If you send a WhatsApp message, WhatsApp's terms also apply.

Your rights

You may view your data, have it corrected or have it deleted. To do so, send an email to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
